Studio for 2 to 3 people equipped with:
-A bedroom with a 200x160 bed, a sofa bed that can accommodate an adult or a child in the same room and a flat screen TV.
-A kitchen with an American-style refrigerator (fan-assisted cooling, ice cubes, crushed ice, freezer), an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an extractor hood, crockery, a table, chairs and storage.
-A shower room (large 140x80 shower) double sinks storage, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, towel dryer.
-A private terrace, partly covered, with an outdoor table and outdoor chairs, decorated with plants and offering a view of the swimming pool and the Malvan woods.
-One parking space available free of charge.
-Access to the studio is via an external staircase of about fifteen steps, then runs alongside the swimming pool and leads to an external gate opening onto the studio's terrace.
All rentals are equipped with individual reversible air conditioning.
All rentals are equipped with cleaning products, brooms, and a vacuum cleaner.
Pets are welcome with my prior agreement and provided they respect the guests and the property. (No noise, no mess)
We are just over a kilometer from the center of Vence, about a 15-minute walk. In Vence, you can find around forty restaurants, ranging from fine dining to fast food. The sea is only about twelve kilometers away; it will take you approximately 30 minutes by car or bus (the bus station is a 10-minute walk).

-A separate toilet
-A private terrace equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs.
-A closed parking space (automatic gate) right in front of the room.
